New Student Registration Information
For new students enrolling in our district, please take the time to print and fill out the appropriate forms found on the district website. You can email, fax or drop them off at the campus. Be sure to attach copies of the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Shot Record
- Proof of Residency (bill attached to the residence within the last 30 days)
- Legal parent's photo ID or driver's license
- Last report card
- Any other paperwork (504 or ARD)

If you do not live in our district but would like to attend one of our schools, this form needs to be filled out and returned to the campus your child will be attending. Be sure to attach your childs attendance record, current report card and discipline records. You can obtain these from your child's current school. Click HERE for the Transfer Request Form.
